I took a risk and paid a lump sum for the lifetime option. It has more than paid for itself. 90% of our inquiries are things vanchat can handle. It has cut down the amount of emails a ton as well as increased our conversions. I am very happy.

I deleted the app, but not because it is bad, rather because I am in a hurry to work on a fully ready AI interface. The app is wonderful, very easy to understand, very nice, and responsive. But since it is still under development, I can't wait, and I will definitely come back to it someday again when the app is 100% ready for use. I really thank you.

The proactive sales feature is incredibly powerful, and this app's AI capabilities are the most powerful I've experienced among most Shopify online customer service plugins! It can resolve most customer inquiries. It doesn't have bloated, complex settings and features, and it won't affect your internet speed. I once used a chat plugin with the highest download count, and it was so laggy every day that it made me question my existence. Replying to over twenty customer service replies was a huge waste of time, and I kept getting errors when typing in the code.

Hey, could you confirm whether VanChat is EU‑US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) certified – and if not, whether/when it's planned?

Alternatively, do you offer EU data hosting / EU data residency (so no data leaves the EU)?

We need one of these so European merchants can use the chat in a GDPR‑compliant way. Thanks!
