Vanchat platform is quite user-friendly for pre-sales product recommendations. The data regarding assistance and improvements in the pre-sales functionality is also quite positive. We suggest continuous improvements to the data analysis page.

I rarely feel this happy about an app! I have been a long-time Shopify user, and this little app was so easy to install. It started generating orders without any extra work from me.
Since my shop has a large and highly customised product range, I usually get a lot of customer questions. As a one-woman business, this app has been a true win-win — it saves me time and helps my customers instantly. Easy to install, smooth to use and already making a difference!

This is the best AI customer service software I’ve used so far. The logic is clear, and the responses are accurate; however, later on, it will require training the bot with more reference materials. Overall, it’s very good.

9/15/25: Since adding VanChat, it’s continued to be a real game changer for my store. The chatbot handles questions instantly, helps recommend products, and even tracks orders, saving me so much time.
