It feels more like a real assistant than a bot. It recommends products, helps with sizing, and even reminds shoppers about discounts without being pushy. We've seen more engagement and a noticeable lift in conversions.

This is a great tool to add to any e-commerce website. Very easy to set up and easy to train with Q&A training feature along with the ability to upload unlimited files. Would highly recommend this AI chat bot. Customer service has been great.

Vanchat is really good. It can help us answer some basic questions from customers when we are not working. It can also guide customers to contact us in other ways to solve problems, which improves customer satisfaction and helps increase store sales! It also saves some customer service staff work. The AI's response is also very accurate and authentic. I recommend it!
