Vantly Returns gives customers a self-serve return portal on your store and handles the rest. Customers pick items, reasons, and an outcome, and are offered exchanges for other sizes or similar products before a refund. Your rules set the window, options, fees, and reasons per product. Vantly creates the Shopify return, buys labels through your ShipStation or EasyPost account (or you add one by hand), restocks the right SKU, and emails the customer. Add package protection and keep the fee.
