Hi there. I would def recommend this app because without it, as an Shopify store owner, we would be unable to offer our customers as many product options with our bundle deals. However, often times virtual options takes too long to load and customers are quick to add the bundle to their cart before selecting their scents for the various products. That causes us to have to contact each customer that did not select their scents. This process is very time consuming. But what other choice do we have. Is this something that can be corrected. I would love to hear back from you all regarding this issue. Even if we have the button checked that requires a customer to select their options before they can go to check out… it doesn’t work. Customers are able to check out without selecting their options. And we cannot ship the products until we are able to get in touch with the customer and finalize their selections.

It looks like the issue is with your quick add to cart and quick view popups on your collection, which allows your customers to bypass our app.
I sent a request to access your store to disable these.

This app has been super helpful, and when we had an issue with compatibility with a new theme, customer service immediately responded and dug into fixing it - the app now works seamlessly!

Straight forward to use and makes quite the difference to have on my shop
Fast response to questions, which is a big deal. Also, I've made more money with this app than I expected.
We've had a lot of issues with this app. Doesn't work with upsell apps, has bugs related to compare at price. Support is ok - but realistically we keep having issues.
My technical expert added code to fix the compare price.
I also sent you a link to compatible upsell apps in an email.
I see we have always replied within a few hours during normal business hours and tried our best to give you the best support. With hundreds of themes, thousands of apps, and updates everyday there will always be the possibility of compatibility problems. We are stand by our apps 100% and are always here to fix any issues, and answer any questions, and make regular updates.

I have a product with MULTIPLE options, This app really helped me to bring it all together. Thanks again.
It is a good app overall, however I am experiencing some issues with prices of the different option. Most of the options show their price but there is always one option that does not show the price.
Still trying to figure it out....
Hola Mónica, as mentioned in my email response, the app you are having issues with isn't ours.
Please double check the name of the app you are using and contact the correct app for support.
If you want to use our app please uninstall your current product options app and set up the product options in our app.
I also went ahead and issued you a credit for our app that is applied to your first bill.
