wow. FINALLY, a customization app that isn't ugly, functions well, and is intuitive to use. I truly believe I tried every single app and none fit my needs until this one. The support is also top notch. No customization app is perfect, but this one comes lightyears closer than any of the others that i've tried. The conditional values are a great feature I didn't know I needed until I had it. Such a relief to find this app.

We tried several product option personalizer app and we find it difficult, hard to understand, lot of data to process, no support, etc... Then we found Best custom, and everything changes for our business. Now we can propose a lot of different option and its really easy to set up. I use this app on two websites to show variant swatches. Jon and Martin were able to help me show inventory quantities as well. They are helpful and attentive, and have persevered to ensure that my issues were resolved. I once needed help after work hours, and they made sure my emergency was resolved! Thank you both

I use the Variant Custom Product Options app along with a second plugin (Discount On Cart- Pro Edition) to resolve all of my product option needs and discount code fixes... Would be nice not to need the second plugin but no big deal. VERY EASY to use, very intuitive... Added one line of script to resolve a minor fulfilment issue, and overall am very happy with the functionality this app provides.

Great app! This We have used other customizing apps but none have given the breath of options that Best Custom Product does. Perfect for customization's that require images and swatches and it looks great and functions well too! Easy to use and the support is always super quick and always helpful.

I just started using this app a couple weeks ago, and so far it has everything that I needed. It was hard to find an app that has customizable variant options along with the option to upload a file all from the product page, and this app does all of that. The only thing that I think could be improved is the loading time once the add to cart button is hit. Jon and Martin explained to me that the file uploads after add to cart is clicked on, and they also showed me how to add a note to my customers that will let them know, so that works as a work-around for me at the moment. Overall great customer service--Martin and Jon have been extremely helpful and super quick at replying to my questions/concerns.

This was easy to install, and didn't interfere with payment/financing apps already installed. It made a big difference in the user experience almost instantly!

This app works perfectly! It is so easy to use! The app support is amazing and very fast at responding to your emails. I highly recommend using this app. The support was so amazing, I couldn't figure out how to display my add to cart correctly and support figured out it was another app and fixed what they could on their end. Our product pages load quickly and they stand out!!!
