Chloe is very helpful and responsive. She patiently guided me through some issues I had and left me with a better understanding on how to use Veda better.
Veda has a lot of beautiful pages and sections. Furthermore, they have a very prompt and responsible customer service team too. Highly recommended.
Clunky. Had some issues with remaining code after uninstall as well even after following their direcitons. Backup before you install this. Cannot import or at least not a straight forward way to import current theme. would have to recreate all content from scratch. Only 2 templates for most areas.

Horrible app, not easy to navigate, very unintuitive, highly limited. I subscribed to the advanced plan, and it's still very restricted. Support takes a long time to respond. I don't recommend this app, a terrible experience, and the worst part is I have to pay $39.00 for something I can't even use properly. I want to cancel this subscription, and even that is hard to access

My name is Lord Wilson I have close to no website development experience but Vada came with everything i needed from the built in themes buttons already connected to your Shopify store its amazing and so easy to use you wont believe it you have to try Veda!!!!!!!
These tools are very useful. The online customer service is very poor, which makes me feel very bad. During use, various problems may be encountered, but customer service has poor understanding and lacks sufficient patience. I kept asking politely, but the conversation was still cut off

I did find a better tool to use. Regarding the repeated question, it is because the customer service did not provide me with an accurate answer, and even did not fully understand what I wanted to express. He misunderstood my question. Also, Veda suddenly couldn't function, which wasted my work. I have sent an email, but it hasn't been resolved yet. It's okay, I have uninstalled Veda. If possible, you can also post the conversation in the response.

It's clear that if you downgrade to the Free plan, you won't be able to use the Advanced plan's features anymore. Tried a bunch of apps, but Veda takes the crown as the ultimate Shopify page builder. It's like a CRO powerhouse all in one, saving me tons of cash. And props to the support team for being patient and supportive—they're the real heroes here!
