Veeqo made massive changes to my inventory over the course of 3 months that led to incorrect inventory at different locations. We had to do a stock count at both locations just to fix it.
Hours on the phone with support and on chat confirmed that my settings were correct and it was a Veeqo issue that led to the problems.
I would not trust it.
Back in October USPS froze all our Veeqo (Amazon) shipments from our website due to "postage not paid". From best knowledge someone was generating fraudulent USPS labels thru Veeqo. After weeks of items not being delivered by USPS and run around by Veeqo we ended up reshipping or refunding orders to our customers. Veeqo just kept saying more time, we all know no one is going to buy anything on line and wait 3+ weeks to get it. We are now 3 months later and Veeqo still have not offered one penny in compensation for
1. The items that were never delivered
2. The items that we refunded that we never got back
3. The cost to reship the item to the customer
4. The original postage that was paid.
It's pretty sad that a company like Amazon does this to their users. They just keep on saying its "ongoing". Well its been 3 months I think you are best off at this point to just say you are doing nothing and we are just out of luck.
So yeah, use Veeqo at your own risk. Its a great platform to use but understand if something happens they are going to leave you to fend for yourself even though it was them who took your money. Shame on you, for a company the size of Amazon this was a pathetic example of how customer service should work. Amazon them selfs would have refunded this it it was there customer direct but I guess they feel like you should not do anything for your own.
FYI this has at least happened 3 times now that I have seen. Best off using Shopify shipping, Shiprush or any other of the vast amount of shipping programs. Do not take the carrot of "free" it will cost you dearly in the end.
All I'm trying to achieve is:
(1) Veeqo to pull inventory levels from Amazon FBA (UK, US, CA) and push them to Shopify.
(2) Veeqo to push orders from Shopify and push to Amazon FBA (UK, US, CA).
---
Seeing as Veeqo is owned by Amazon you'd think Veeqo would integrate well but I've had issue after issue.

Every time I have an issue, Veeqo Support seem to send me on a roller coaster of troubleshooting (having some technical background myself most of the troubleshooting I'm asked to do makes no sense). Eventually the issues get escalated to the technical team but it then takes weeks/months for the issues to get resolved.
This is some pro level gaslighting. FIVE YEARS AGO the CEO announced carrier branded packaging for USPS, Fedex and UPS, see here: https://changelog.veeqo.com/usa-carrier-packaging-2FMQi4
The carrier branded packaging does not exist for UPS in Veeqo as of current. It also did not exist when I first reported it about 6-8 months ago. BOTH chat support tickets claimed this would be a "FEATURE REQUEST", and NOT a bug. Wtf?!?
I swear, they must pay these people extra to double down on the gaslighting while still not providing the features they claim they have.
Updated 19.02.2026 - It was a great app backed up with great support. Any queries I had with the features and functions of the app had been answered the same day by helpful agents. Veeqo are now charging for the use of the app despite receiving marketing emails advising it is totally free of charge. I've now gone elsewhere.
12/17/2025 - A year has passed, and Veeqo is still a dumpster. They still have not been able to fix the issue with canceled labels appearing on the USPS scan form.
Such useless support doesn’t exist in any other organization. Most likely inherited from Amazon. Tickets remain unresolved for 2-3-4 months. UPS claims can’t be filed because a master account is required, and Veeqo says, ‘File it yourself, we don’t know anything,’ while UPS says only a master account can file the claim. USPS labels are deleted, but they always stay on the USPS scan form and later appear as accepted packages. Consequently, no one will refund you for the label. In one of my favorite movies, there was a phrase: ‘an avalanche of sh*t.’ This perfectly describes this app.
Geat app! Dramatically decreased our average shipping costs. We were even able to integrate with multiple sales channels so that any order we fulfill gets the discounted shipping price.
Been really enjoying the switch from Stamps.com to Veeqo for my Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shopify orders. I like that I can use USPS or my UPS account and also write a new order if I'm taking an order from a non e-commerce platform.
I also really appreciate the protection I'm given for my Amazon orders!
Veeqo is terrible. I have not been able to get our Shopify account to work properly with Veeqo. My inventory and order information does not sync. I submitted a request for assistance on August 19th and now it's September 16th and they keep telling me that the engineering department is working on it but cannot commit to a timeframe. If you sell through Shopify, you will need to update everything manually until they get their act together.
We're terribly sorry to hear this has been your experience. I've reviewed your account, escalated to support and you will hear from us directly.
We have been using Veeqo for many months. We use it for shipping only, not inventory management. It has been very useful in compiling orders from different e-commerce platforms in one place (for us that means Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Shopify and Walmart). The shipping process is easy enough. We have seen improvements in some of the processes, so it seems they are regularly working on making things even better. It fits our needs very well. We are satisfied for what we need it for.
