Been using Veeqo for a few moths now. The switch from my previous software was almost seamless. After getting used tot he new layout it is really simple to use. The app is great for order picking when not packing in the same place. Also great to look at things on the go and not at the PC. any issues have been dealt with quickly and everyone is really helpful. Would reccommned
I use this app to manage my stock levels across Shopify, eBay and Etsy as well as managing my shipping. It's been a great help so far and I'd imagine it's going to be even more valuable for me as my business grows!
We've used Veeqo for almost a year now and nothing but positive words to say about it. It's perfect for the stock management / order dispatch aspect of our business and integrates with our Shopify/Amazon/eBay/Vend POS stores effortlessly. There are a few additions that would be great but the requests for new features system is very good for suggestions.
The accounting/reporting side of Veeqo is the only thing that holds it back slightly but we weren't signing up with the intention of solely using this so we use Xero for this, which also integrates.
we have been using veeqo for over a year now, if you have a POS (retail Store) and also sell online AVOID THIS, Veeqo counts every single sell of you POS as a transaction int he software and that is counted to your monthly billing, we are paying over 380 USD a month OVER 4K A YEAR to sync inventories, they have promised a solution for months and nothing happens, maybe as a simply inventory management system is ok, but to advertise that integrates with POS and then charge for every single sell it is simply ridiculous. it is amazing that Shopify makes a business on top of an expensive online store already by creating extremely bad apps and then forcing you to pay for every single function you need.
Excellent app, we run around 5 ebay accounts , our own website and an amazon account. Booking in takes 10 minutes as opposed to 2 hours each day and you really have control over your orders. Do not rush with the setup and you will be rewarded of how easy it is to intergrate. Uk phone support by the app builders themselves. If you run multi sales channels then there is quite simply no better.
Veeqo saves us an hour or more a day via it's Royal Mail Bulk Ship feature. We just set the shipping rules and with a few clicks, dozens of packages are shipped across our channels. Not only is the data automatically fed through to Royal Mail, but tracking references are automatically applied to orders and orders are marked as shipped. It's worth using Veeqo for this feature alone.
But there's a lot more to Veeqo too, including inventory sync'ing, listing tools for eBay and Amazon, reporting across channels, accounting integrations, even a POS.
Veeqo also is under constant development, and after a few months using it the feature set has expanded and usability improved - including an implementation of a suggestion of ours. Finally, support is responsive and intelligent and they follow through to ensure a resolution to any issues.
We needed something to make it easy to track our inventory using a barcode scanner, which Veeqo does perfectly. Since they work with FedEx now, its made life easier print customer documents, rather than having to log into the FedEx system. Would highly recommend.
So far, so good. Still testing the system but it looks like it will work for us longer term and being free, its got to be worth a try! Finding the inventory control very good, but rather disappointed that there is no longer the stock take functionality we wanted! Team have been extremely responsive, especially Josh who is always there to help me when I get stuck!
Veeqo has been fantastic for our business. The system does everything we could possible need, taking away the stress and making our fulfilment and order processing one of the most streamlined aspects of the business.
