Great support and quick replies. Super user friendly. I did have to get in touch with support for set up for some tweaks but otherwise have had a wonderful experience with Velocity and their team!
Velocity has been an incredible partner for our team. Brooke, Jake, and Francesca consistently provide exceptional support, and every time we hit a roadblock, they are quick to troubleshoot and help us find a solution.
The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, with features like automated commission reporting that save us significant time and improve efficiency. The mobile app has also made order-taking seamless for our sales team, allowing them to manage business on the go with ease.

Their support and responsiveness is the best part of this app! Before singing up they hopped on a call with me and explained everything in great detail. They always respond to questions I have within 24 hours. Mostly within same day. The app is amazing I love the reporting it has for me to export it as a CSV to keep track and send to our reps. I would 100% recommend this app for anyone who wants to use it! They are amazing.
