Overall a good service with friendly, helpful staff. The Shopify app is straight forward and easy to use; the main improvement they could make would be if a COA could be auto transferred to customers through the Shopify app after an order is complete on occasions where the COA was not created before order completion. Having to go to the Verisart website to create and manually transfer a COA to a new owner is a bit more of a slog. The website is unfortunately not as intuitive as the app and more prone to glitches.

Currently, our Shopify app automatically generates certificates for online purchases. For purchases made through offline payments, certificates do require manual creation and transfer.

The ability to directly order unique QR stickers has significantly streamlined my workflow.
