Our retail side is a different job from the wholesale site. Every style needs video for the product page and for socials, and with denim the fit is the whole pitch — a wide leg and a barrel read nothing alike on camera, so one generic clip per product does not work.
We fed in the product photos we already had and generated across the catalog instead of picking a few hero styles. Doing it in bulk is what made it realistic at our size. Took some back and forth to get the look consistent, and the team sorted the template out with us.

We needed to generate videos for our summer denim wholesale collection at scale, with lookbook modeling, voiceovers, text overlays, and product details like the model number and inseam, kept consistent across every generation.
