I had the problem that the gift card were displayed twice in the product. Through a chat with Liam, the problem was solved by him within a few minutes. Great service for a free app.

What a great app - and it's free! It makes up for the lack of features (and inability for a customer to send a gift card to the recipient) in the native Shopify gift cards. Easy to setup and chock full of handy features. I haven't had to contact customer support as the app has worked perfectly. All pros and no cons with this gift card app!
