Vol Shipping Protection app has been very easy to set up and this app works smoothly with our store front. this app give us customers clear UL where they can claim any damaged, or lost order. The widgat is clean, the pricing is fair- the most fair i've seen so far within the category, and managing protective orders from the dashboard is awesome. Vugar - he's the founder - been responsive and help us quickly with setup and small adjustments.
A great app if you want more control over shipping protection.
We switched to VOL after testing a few similar apps, and this one feels much cleaner and easier to manage. The setup was simple, the cart widget looks great - thanks ro founder helped us tweak a CSS a bit, and we like being able to control the protection pricing and claims process ourselves. I must say that Support has been excellent. Vugar was fast, helpful, and clear with every question we had. The app does what we need. Highly recommended for merchants who want a reliable shipping protection app with responsive support.
