Merchants highly recommend this app for its effective discount management and seamless Shopify integration. It offers volume discounts and tiered pricing, boosting sales and average order values. The app features competitive pricing, a free plan, and customizable options like a free shipping progress bar. It doesn't slow down websites, and customer support is noted for its responsiveness and effectiveness in resolving issues, enhancing customer shopping experiences.
The combination discounts used with tags are okay, but the free shipping bar is total nonsense. First, it cannot distinguish between different countries. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over 50 euros, but for other EU countries, free shipping is applied for orders over 100 euros. And second, we’ve already set free shipping at 50 euros via Shopify, and the free shipping discount in Dealeasy applies this 50-euro threshold. This means we miss out on the shipping fee of 5.95 because it’s deducted from the 50 euros. We deleted the embed app for the free shipping bar.
We appreciate your feedback. We're working on adding country-specific goals for free shipping, with a release planned in the next 1-2 weeks. We can notify you once the feature has been released. We have also emailed you with detailed information.

Very easy to use, many customization levers to meet various needs, and EXCELLENT customer service!
