Since adopting Staging, site updates have stopped being a source of anxiety. Every change is tested against a true replica of the live store, so there are no surprises when we publish. Deployment and rollback are both one click, which means a bad release costs us minutes rather than a day of firefighting. It's also given our internal teams a shared space to review work before go live, which has cut out a lot of back and forth.
