For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer is asked to confirm or cancel with one tap, and their answer is added to the order in Shopify as a tag (COD-Confirmed or COD-Cancelled), so you know which orders to ship. WabMeta never cancels an order. Replies arrive in your WabMeta inbox.
