Walmart Importer ‑ Tuecus

Title: Products show sold out at checkout, support is unresponsive

I installed Tuecos to import Walmart products to my Shopify store. Every single item I imported shows as available on the product page, but becomes "sold out" the moment you add it to your cart and go to checkout. This makes the app completely unusable for actual sales.

I contacted Tuecos support several days ago with details about the issue and have not received any response. No acknowledgement, no troubleshooting, nothing.

For an app that handles core inventory and order functionality, zero support and a critical checkout bug are unacceptable. I’ve had to pause all Walmart products and have lost sales while waiting.

Cannot recommend until this is fixed and support actually replies.
