Doesn't respond when you ABSOLUTELY need them.. not sure why they even provide this service.
This is a thing that you install, forget for 2 years (while paying), then think OH IM SO HAPPY I installed this, only to then be ignored and your store in shambles...
Wouldn't recommend 0/10.

Like this app a lot because it saves me a lot of time and hassle. No more worry about losing my data or messing up store
I did not actually write a review, so for these guys to put a fake review they get a 1 star.
The support was rapid, stellar, and answered my questions in minutes (which is not standard with most apps in Shopify App Store). The app interface is actually intuitive and easy to use. I am so happy with it.
I am so impressed with the great customer service Anna provided for me. She patiently and quickly answered all questions and concerns I had. I really appreciate all the information she helped me to understand. Hope I always get to do business with you. Thanks again!
