Antwortet nicht auf Support-Anfragen. Plugin ist seit einem Tag offline und unser Gewährleistungs-Label wird im Frontend nicht mehr angezeigt. Ein aus Versehen auf 4 Jahre gesetzter Artikel kann nicht mehr auf 2 Jahre geändert werden. Plugin und Support hätte eigentlich Null Sterne verdient, aber das ist hier in der Bewertung nicht vorgesehen.

Hallo lieber Kunde,

der Ausfall der APP hat mit dem PHP Sicherheitslücke von gestern zu tun. Die Systeme mussten auf Grund von Wartungsarbeiten und zur Sicherheit unserer Kunden vom Netz getrennt werden, bis die Sicherheitsupdates eingespielt wurden.
Bzgl. der Support-Anfrage muss ich sagen, dass ich bis dato keine von Ihnen bekommen habe! Weder hier in Shopify noch über die Mail - Adresse von uns.
Lediglich Ihre Bewertung ist bei uns eingegangen.

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Einrichtung der EU-Warranty-App. Hatte mich schon darauf vorbereitet, den ganzen Tag mit dem Gewährleistungslabel und dem Garantielabel zu verbringen aber durch die App ging das mit nur ein paar Klicks - wirklich super!
