This app has been a great solution for sending order confirmations through Meta’s official WhatsApp API on Shopify. Setting up automated order confirmations and courier tracking updates for customers is quick and straightforward, and everything runs smoothly. Simple to configure, reliable in performance and highly recommended for any Shopify store.
We have been using for quite some time now and have been very happy with it's usability and in-app experience. The tutorials at each point are also helpful. Order confirmation is very smooth. Overall, it's a good app.
What I like most about this app is that it runs on the official Meta Cloud API. I have linked my WhatsApp Business number and can message my customers freely without worrying about bans. The order confirmation feature is especially helpful and works really well.
