Easily the best app for Whatsapp in the market. it connects with Klaviyo as well and also the core team is very responsive to the new requests on development. So definitely recommend!
Cette application est vraiment un incontournable pour le marketing sur Whatsapp. On l'utilise depuis quelques semaines et on est super contents des résultats. Le plus, c'est qu'il est directement intégré avec Klaviyo, chose que l'on avait pas avec les SMS.
L'équipe Wax est super réactive et plein de bons conseils. Avec leurs conseils, on a mis en place un bon nombre de flows automatiques et qui portent leurs fruits!

Une solution hyper complète autant pour les campagnes one-shot que pour les flows automatiques, comme les paniers abandonnés. L'équipe est ultra réactive et apportent plein de bonnes recommandations pour optimiser les performances.
Nous avons lancé Wax il y a un peu plus d'un an et nous en sommes très satisfaits. La connectivité avec Gorgias nous permet de répondre à nos messages Whatsapp sur la meme plateforme que notre messagerie instantanée. La team de Wax est très disponible et toujours force de proposition pour tester des nouveaux flows ou campagnes. Bref, je recommande !
