Wax a complètement transformé notre relation client chez La Belle Boucle. On l'utilise depuis un moment pour tout ce qui est expérientiel, suivi de colis, demandes d'avis, campagnes VIP, lancements en avant-première etc. et notre communauté adore recevoir nos WhatsApps. Le taux d'engagement est sans commune mesure avec les autres canaux. On vient de commencer à travailler l'aspect business avec des flows orientés rentabilité, et les premiers résultats sont vraiment très encourageants. Une app intuitive, une équipe réactive, et un canal qui crée une vraie proximité avec sa base. On recommande les yeux fermés.
Les frais fixes de l’application sont élevés et sont facturés même lorsque le service n’est pas encore utilisé, notamment pendant la phase de configuration du compte. Cette étape nécessite du temps, avec une période de “chauffe” avant de pouvoir exploiter pleinement l’outil via des campagnes. Cela retarde les performances et rend le retour sur investissement moins intéressant.
