Nous utilisons Wax depuis plusieurs mois maintenant et l’outil s’est rapidement imposé comme un véritable pilier de notre stratégie. L’accompagnement de l’équipe a été précieux pour prendre en main la plateforme, comprendre ses fonctionnalités et exploiter tout son potentiel.
Wax demande toutefois un réel investissement en temps et une phase de formation, il est essentiel d’avoir au moins une personne dédiée, disponible et réactive, pour piloter les campagnes et analyser les données régulièrement.
Aujourd’hui, il nous serait difficile de nous en passer. Nous poursuivons donc l’aventure avec Wax en toute confiance.
