Webhook Endpoints creates secure webhook endpoints that trigger Shopify Flow workflows. Connect external platforms such as marketplaces, ERPs, WMSs, CRMs and custom applications, or route Shopify webhooks into Flow to build automations that aren't available out of the box. Every request is authenticated using a shared secret, duplicate events are ignored, and webhook payloads are not permanently stored.
