WEBP Image Optimizer+Speed SEO

didn’t realize how messy my image SEO was until I started using WEBP Image. Most of my filenames were random, too long, or just not optimized at all.

What I like is that it doesn’t overcomplicate things you can set your own templates for alt text and filenames and clean everything up in bulk. It’s especially useful when you have a lot of products and want something consistent without going image by image.

Does exactly what it says creating a webp image in your files of existing images but it also removed the product images from my store so my store image completely vanished replaced with the next image in line that i did not optimise - so while it works DO NOT DO IN BULK until you test one product image to see what happens.

Nice app if you have lot of images. I could bulk edit and compress all in one click as expected.

Really like these kinds of apps that offer 80/20 quick wins to optimize SEO. The image compression is perfect, it converts images to WEBP, which is the best format for Google Image ranking. I can only recommend it.
