Very happy with this app: Reviews are easy to manage and overall the app is well designed. It's free yet has all the features I need, without locking them behind a paywall, such as multi-language support, automatic review request e-mails and customer images. We have had a good experience so far! The only downside is the email quota; we have to contact support whenever we hit the limit. Regardless, we still gave it 5 stars, the app is great and has one of the best support, plus it is completely free!
