We’ve been using Whano for our store and honestly, it made managing customer messages much easier. The WhatsApp automation is smooth, and the order confirmations and updates save us a lot of time. Everything is simple to set up and works reliably. Definitely a useful tool for any Shopify store that relies heavily on WhatsApp.
