WhatFlow AI is very useful for automating customer communication through WhatsApp. The setup process is simple and beginner-friendly. It helps send order confirmations, abandoned cart reminders, and customer support messages quickly.
The dashboard is easy to use, and the automation saves a lot of time for online businesses. Integration with Shopify works smoothly in most cases.
However, sometimes the connection may disconnect, and support response can be a little slow during busy times. Still, for small and medium eCommerce businesses, it is a helpful tool to improve customer engagement and sales.
