One of the best App for my shopify store i have used. The Pricing plans are also very affordable for startup brands and their customer support team is very attentive and responsive, using this app for almost 2 months and today got little bit issue and i contacted with their team and it was flawless.They guided me and solved my problem is couple of MINUTES

WhatFlow Official API is a great Shopify WhatsApp automation app. Using Meta’s Official WhatsApp Business API gives us a safer alternative to unofficial tools with ban or disconnection risks.
COD order confirmations have helped reduce fake orders and avoidable returns, while abandoned checkout and shipping automations save us a lot of manual work.
Highly recommended for Shopify stores using WhatsApp.
Really loving this app! It has a fantastic feature set and integrates seamlessly with both Shopify Flow and Meta WhatsApp Business Manager. Setup was a bit tricky at first, if your WhatsApp number is already linked to Shopify, make sure to disconnect it before setting up this app. That said, customer support is top-notch! They helped me resolve my setup hurdles and quickly fixed a bug I ran into along the way. Once configured, it works like a charm. I'm excited to see how the app evolves and am hoping for better mobile usability in future updates!

been using this app for a while. customer service team is great at handling queries. the official api works perfectly. this app has helped me carry out large customer base promotional messages which wasn't possible with other apps. highly recommended.
