This app has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. Setting up automated WhatsApp notifications has helped us improve communication with our customers and reduce support inquiries significantly.
It supports a wide range of automations, including order confirmation messages, abandoned checkout reminders, order cancellation notifications, and much more. Everything works smoothly and helps keep customers informed throughout their shopping journey.
One of the biggest advantages is that it uses the official WhatsApp Business API, so you don’t have to worry about account bans or unreliable workarounds.

WhatFlow has genuinely improved our order confirmation process. We saw fewer fake COD orders and much faster customer responses through WhatsApp. Setup was simple and support was super responsive.
