Set up WhatsDesk on my Shopify store in literally under 3 minutes. That alone already impressed me. But what really won me over is how it has changed the way my customers and agents communicate. Instead of typing out long paragraphs trying to explain an issue, they can just send a voice note, a video or even share their screen. It cuts through the back and forth completely and saves a ton of time on both ends. Really happy with this one.
