B2B Wholesale, Volume Discount

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! Terrible customer service and NOT made for US market. Messed up my whole site. I was told by the developer that fixing US was not a priority. Save yourself the hassle!!

The app works great and is exactly what we were looking for. We had some minor issues with tags for the wholesale discounts and some tweaks that we wanted to applied for our invoicing, but the customer service (Hazel & Lyla) responded quickly and resolved them.
It's user-friendly, I haven't use the wholesale registration form but thats next!

We aren't using every single feature yet, but for our current needs, this app has been a great choice. It’s straightforward and does exactly what we need it to do. A big plus is the customer support, they are always very fast and attentive whenever we have a question. Thumbs up from my side!

We find this app really useful for our business, we use it to have wholesale pricing for our wholesale customers while having retail pricing for our regular customers, all in one store. It is quick to set up and use. The support staff are responsive and quick to help with any questions or customisations. Awesome app, we really recommend it!

I have really enjoyed this app and its features, which allow me to assign discounts to customer tags and have the orders automatically adjust prices when the customer is logged in. I also created registration forms for my government and commercial customers, which have made it so easy for them to register for an account. I assign a discount tag when I approve their registration, and I even added my W9 for them to download as a vendor. Works perfect!

Keep up the good work, you have so many included add-ons that I haven't even been able to review them all.

Useful Apple when you want to set wholesale pricing for certain customers for example. Very easy to use and the small issue I had was fixed very fast by their excellent customer support.

Selecting a B2B app for my Shopify store was a daunting task. Went thru an install with another product only to find it did not have all the features I needed. Samita's B2B Wholesale, Volume Discount app not only fit the bill, but their documentation walks you through the whole process step by step and their tech support was very responsive. My last step was setting up the SMTP service and they finished it up for me. The yearly subscription price is competitive, the product is easy to manage, and features are robust. I highly recommend you give this one a chance.

We are using this app for volume discounts and it is accomplishing just what we need! We did have one issue where the discount wasn't showing in our cart drawer so we reached out to support and they fixed it in a timely manner. Great service!
