B2B Wholesale Pricing Discount

Overall a really good app, and a really good customer service team. Sometimes there are some issues with the prices and discounts showing on the order, but only a small amount in comparison to the amount we use the app.

We are still in the early stages of using this app but so far it has been great for what we need. We are on the gold plan, I have given 4 stars because there are still a couple of features/fixes we would like to see implemented and hope that they will be considered (stacking of rules, compatible integration with email, customisation that doesn't require code) but overall we are very happy so far. Customer service has been excellent, always quick to help us with our queries. Thank you

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! Terrible customer service and NOT made for US market. Messed up my whole site. I was told by the developer that fixing US was not a priority. Save yourself the hassle!!

We aren't using every single feature yet, but for our current needs, this app has been a great choice. It’s straightforward and does exactly what we need it to do. A big plus is the customer support, they are always very fast and attentive whenever we have a question. Thumbs up from my side!

The features are a perfect fit for my store's needs. There is comprehensive online documentation that provides a clear, step-by-step setup guide. The customer service is excellent and very responsive.

Fantastic app. We aren't quite ready to go to Shopify Plus, so this has filled that gap perfectly. Wholesale pricing for all of our various purchasers. Easy to set up. Lots of ways to tweak. Best thing... amazing customer support! Really appreciate you guys <3

The app works great and is exactly what we were looking for. We had some minor issues with tags for the wholesale discounts and some tweaks that we wanted to applied for our invoicing, but the customer service (Hazel & Lyla) responded quickly and resolved them.
It's user-friendly, I haven't use the wholesale registration form but thats next!

Customer service, Joanna especially was kind, patient & stayed with me until the issue was resolved permanently. Besides the price point, as everything you can do on silver requires Gold to be activated for use, it works great!
It works & it works well for quantity discount for fixed prices unlike most apps that only deal with percentage discounts.

Useful Apple when you want to set wholesale pricing for certain customers for example. Very easy to use and the small issue I had was fixed very fast by their excellent customer support.
