Die App hat für uns leider nicht funktioniert. Schon nach einem Tag ging der Widerrufs-Button nicht mehr mit einer kryptischen Fehlermeldung. Leider fiel das auch unseren Kunden auf. Wir kontaktierten die App-Entwickler (was sich als sehr schwierig erwies) und erhielten eine Antwort, dass das Problem behoben sei. Dies war jedoch nicht der Fall, und seitdem versuchen wir immer wieder, sie zu kontaktieren, erhalten aber Fehlermeldungen bei der E-Mail-Zustellung und keinerlei Antwort. Wir haben die App deinstalliert.

Das von Ihnen erlebte Problem hing mit einem integrierten Schutzmechanismus zusammen, der übermäßigen Spam sowie wiederholte fehlgeschlagene Anfragen verhindern soll. In einigen Fällen kann dieser Schutz jedoch zu empfindlich reagieren und dadurch auch legitime Anfragen blockieren. Wir verstehen, wie frustrierend das sein kann – insbesondere, wenn dies auch für Ihre Kunden sichtbar wird.
Auf Grundlage Ihres Feedbacks planen wir, zusätzliche Einstellungen einzuführen, mit denen Shop-Administratoren die Sperrdauer anpassen oder die Einschränkung direkt in der App zurücksetzen können.
Außerdem möchten wir klarstellen, dass wir auf Support-Anfragen grundsätzlich antworten, in der Regel innerhalb von 2 Stunden. Es tut uns leid, falls es Kommunikations- oder Zustellungsprobleme gab, die verhindert haben, dass unsere Antworten Sie erreicht haben.

The issue you experienced was related to a built-in protection mechanism designed to prevent excessive spam and repeated failed requests. In some cases, this safeguard may be too sensitive and can unintentionally block legitimate requests. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it becomes visible to your customers.
Based on your feedback, we are planning to add new settings that will allow store administrators to adjust the block duration or clear the limitation directly from the app.
We would also like to clarify that we do respond to support inquiries, typically within 2 hours. We are sorry if there was any communication issue or email delivery problem that prevented our responses from reaching you.
