Application has no possibility of configuration. It keeps sending text messages to our POS customers, when we cancel or modify an order at the POS. It should only be concerned with online orders. There is no such thing as an abandoned POS cart!!!

Thanks for your review. The sales were made just by recovering abandoned carts. If you use our signature feature (winback), you'll get twice as many sales from the app!

The winback sequence is a series of messages that get sent after the purchase as a follow-up. And just like abandoned cart messages, the sequence stops if the customer comes back to purchase again.

I wish we can make a case study of how you're using the app because you're obviously killing it with SMS! Regardless I do have a couple suggestions for you to optimize it even further...

In addition to what I told you about the product images in your abandoned cart messages, let me also suggest turning on abandoned browsers. Right now you're just messaging people who abandoned a checkout. But the majority of your visitors won't even add to their carts. You can reach these visitors with a mobile popup.

It can get triggered after 60 seconds of looking at a product. With 2 quick taps, the shopper can get a discount code texted to them to buy the product they’re browsing. The message is fully customized, so the shopper thinks this you're giving him a discount for this exact product he was considering.

And if they don't buy, the abandoned cart message sequence kicks in to remind him of the precise product he was looking at!

It's super-effective in getting visitors at the top of the funnel. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you start getting more sales from abandoned browsers than from abandoned checkouts.

Been using this app for a few days and my results have been GREAT! App installed and was up and running within a couple minutes. Joe is always super helpful. Customers actually see texts as opposed to emails getting lost in their spam folder.

SMS is so much better than email or retargeting. Night and day difference. I was nervous about starting with SMS and did not want my customers to get upset about this intimate way of reaching them. But the app respects customers "awake hours". And the default settings and default messages are also very respectful and effective. I've installed this app on all my stores. Super easy and quick to get going with SMS marketing

You hit the nail on the head, with proper messaging it can do more than just notify, it can build a more loyal customer base. Plus SMS has a 98% open rate, no other medium comes close to that.

I actually really like the app but, woke up to some unprofessionalism from WinBack who removed the app from my store. Why? Apparently my free account “wasn’t approved.” Believe it or not I actually got an email that they’re “financially unable to support my account”. Good app just don’t get too attached because they do change plans and do not honour what you already have.
UPDATE: Go figure after calling my phone 5 times and begging in email to remove my HONEST REVIEW they turn to deformation. Of course I didn’t pay because the services were free up to 250 messages which I didn’t use.
Joe if you need to feed you family with your app I suggest you do not spam peoples instagrams with a pitty story about your family just for people to change HONEST REVIEWS. Make your business better, leaving petty lies in your review section says more about you then it ever will about me.
But I hope everyone does google MontrealMink.com More traffic, More income
