I am absolutely blown away by this app, and even more so by Jayden with such fast, clear, comprehensive assistance. The app was installed by me with the utmost ease. The only issue was that all my products are unique, so I think there was a small challenge in the system finding matches for reviews. Jayden got in touch with me immediately, on his own initiative, and while I went grocery shopping he fixed everything up just exactly the way I wanted it to look. So great! I can not express how excellent this app is (I used it to pull reviews from Etsy), and how exceptional the customer support is. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Update after longer use. When revising my website, I also looked more closely at Wise Reviews, and discovered it could be tuned to function even better for my needs. Some simple adjustments, and it is looking perfect. Also edited, and activated, the automatic requests for customer's reviews, and this is bringing in many more reviews— a very valuable (and, sadly, long-neglected by me) feature.
