I have installed and tried many review apps but this was the one I wanted to keep. I am newly setting up my Shopify store and needed some reviews to start with. So importing reviews from my Etsy store was important. But I encountered an issue in the way - couldn't installed one of the widgets - which made me so frustrated because I couldn't find any other apps that support the feature I need, have nice design and also free until I get to build a stable ground. So I requested some help via live chat and Jaden fixed the issue IMMEDIATELY. Thank you for building a nice app that I wanted exactly and helping setting up!!

I am so impressed with this app and the level of customer service. I opened up my shopify shop almost a year ago, but put off adding a reviews app because it all just seemed too overwhelming. I am so happy I just found WiseReviews through a thread on Reddit. Literally not even 15 minutes later I was already transferring reviews from my Etsy over to my Shopify shop.

I was able to transfer over reviews so easily. I had installed 2 of the 3 widgets in the free plan and when I tried the third it didn't work because of my theme. This was really no big deal to me and I went to bed. But by the time I woke up, I had a message in my email saying they resolved it?! That is seriously AMAZING SERVICE.

I am absolutely blown away by this app, and even more so by Jayden with such fast, clear, comprehensive assistance. The app was installed by me with the utmost ease. The only issue was that all my products are unique, so I think there was a small challenge in the system finding matches for reviews. Jayden got in touch with me immediately, on his own initiative, and while I went grocery shopping he fixed everything up just exactly the way I wanted it to look. So great! I can not express how excellent this app is (I used it to pull reviews from Etsy), and how exceptional the customer support is. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

EXCELLENT APP. I have used WiseReviews on a paid plan for another store, and it was really simple to set up. My store that I am working on now had needed some work with reviews, and that's where Jayden had helped me to select my ideal review design preferences for my store. Jayden is very helpful and polite and is THE representation of great online customer service. I 100% would recommend WiseReviews to anyone working on an online store.

Wow!!! I struggled trying to move the star rating to a different location on my product page. I finally decided to reach out and Jayden replied immediately. In less than literally 5 minutes, he helped me get it exactly where I wanted it. Absolutely a huge help and now my favorite support team for any app... many other apps' support teams seem to actually avoid helping with questions and issues. Thanks again Jayden!!!

5 Stars is not enough. Jayden was so precious. She made a review page for me which is simply awesome. Also gave me a lot of tips. Really helpful since I'm a beginner here. I have the free plan yet and it works great. If you have more than 100 reviews to import, like me, the standard plan is probably the best choice. I'm going to try it.

I was struggling to get the reviews to upload to my website because of some coding I had done and Jayden could not have been more helpful! He responded within minutes then spent over an hour helping me. My website now looks fab and I am so excited to have my Etsy reviews featured. Thank you again!!

The best review app. After testing a lot of review apps on my new store, I just installed this unknown review app.I chose it because the photo reviews are really big compared to other apps. All the steps of installation went smoothly and straight.I encountered a little issue, but Jayden from support solved it very quickly. The widget was in the middle of the page instead of the bottom (because of my specific theme). Jayden fixed this very quickly, and I thank him again.

This is a must have App. I have been using it for a few weeks now and everything has been flawless and easy to manage. Tonight I was ready to publish my new Store theme and I remembered I hadn't set this app up to it yet. I installed the first widget no problem, but the second one would not install. Support had messaged me instantly noticing a problem and they had it installed in minutes! I was amazed on how quickly the issue was resolved. Amazing customer service and the app itself is a must have!

Very good app I use it to import reviews from Shein and it's such a time saver. There could be some improvements in terms of the user experience of organizing the reviews and being able to edit them. However, the app does what it says it could do and does it fairly well. I'm very happy that this app exists!
