The worst experience is when support doesn't work and doesn't respond for several days. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone – you'll be left alone with your problems.

Our team aims to respond within 2 hours on business days, and we regret that your message came in over the weekend - this caused a delay in our response. The issue was caused by unexpected changes on the supplier’s side, which were not communicated to you in advance - meaning you had no way of knowing or preventing the disruption. We addressed the problem promptly after returning and have discussed steps to help prevent similar cases in the future. Everything is now working as expected.
