I've been using Wishlist King on Shopify, and overall, it's a good app with impressive features for managing wishlists.

The interface is user-friendly, and it adds valuable functionality to my store.

However, I did encounter some challenges. The support response time could be faster, as I faced delays in getting assistance when needed.

This is an area that could use improvement to enhance the overall user experience.

Another aspect to note is that the app isn't currently compatible with URL handle translation, which can be a drawback for stores targeting international audiences.

It would be great to see an update addressing this issue for a more seamless experience across different regions.

Despite these concerns, the core functionality of Wishlist King is commendable.

With some enhancements in support responsiveness and compatibility features, it has the potential to be an even more indispensable tool for Shopify store owners.

Hi, you will be glad to hear that we now offer the ability to use translated product handles as well. We'll be happy to implement this for you and hope that this will lead to fully satisfactory outcome.
As for slow response times, we guarantee a response within 24 hours but most of the time this will be much faster. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee instant replies, especially not in the BFCM lead up. Alex

Great developer help for set up and looks lovely from the front end but restrictive in terms of usability.
Klaviyo integration but can't really set up flows to alert for low in stock or price reduction due to how the event is tracked.
Also very limited view of analytics in the back end, can't see which products are popular without going into each customers wishlist etc. Overall could be great, but definitely needs some more features.

Fair enough. The analytics are undergoing a major rework currently and additional Klaviyo triggers are in the works as well. I will reach back out once everything is live so we can get you to check it all out and reassess everything. Cheers

Installation is not too hard. They do offer a free assistance service. Though good luck getting any sort of timely response of their support org.
