I had an amazing experience with the Wixpa GA4 app and support team, especially Sana, who went above and beyond to help me when I needed clarification. I was feeling confused and a bit stuck, but Sana was incredibly patient, kind, and clear in her explanations. She took the time to really understand my issue and made everything feel simple and manageable.
The Wixpa GA4 app itself is excellent and powerful, well-designed, and extremely useful for tracking and understanding data. Combined with such responsive and caring customer support, it truly stands out from other apps.

Fatimah is very helpful. Highly recommend another paid app of them. That is also for Google tags manager and conversion tracking. Fatimah helped me to set up our conversion tracking. She took time to understand and identify the issue. When we were challenged, she made another appointment together with tech team to solve things. I appreciate the service.
