I've recently installed Wrapin and was very pleased with the customer service experience after I struggled to install the app on my store theme. Mady was really helpful and very quick to respond and action my requests. Wrapin looks great on my store and is functioning great! Can definitely recommend.
Set up a bit complicated, but the developer fixed in in a matter of minutes after contacting them. I am super happy with how this app looks, its clean and looks good on the site.
The gift wrap option on the product page is perfect, super simple to set up and does what it needs to. Mady was very helpful in customizing it for me, s there is even the information about which product it was added for. One thing I don't like personally is how the gift wrap on the cart page works: it is added to the order, but you do not see that on the cart page and it does not update the subtotal (unlike when you add gift wrap on the product page). You only know that it worked when you click "checkout", and then the subtotal on checkout does not match what you saw on the cart page. Also, it is not possible to change the quantity when adding gift wrap on the cart page. So, I set it up to only be on the product page, and it works great for me like this.
It's a great app. It does everything I wanted. I wasn't able to find one similar. Customer service is also great!
This is a great app that has helped produce revenue for our store. We have used it for sometime. When we changed our theme to a newer version the developers were very helpful with the transition.
