The new customer filter / wholesale account feature is great for businesses who serve customers and wholesalers. With this feature you can decide to turn off gift options for a specific customer account or groups of customers (wholesalers).

We've also added more ability to customize requirements and change looks all within the shopify online store theme editor, and it is getting better constantly.

Love this app and so do our customers! Been using it for well over 7 months and have no problems. It's easy to use and displays really well. Also, the devs take the time to update things and make sure it works with your theme which is crucial. It's only gotten better with time. Highly recommend.

Adam was absolutely brilliant. The app didn't work 'out-of-the-box' for us mainly because our existing 3PL integration/partner was very restrictive, so we needed a few bespoke tweaks to make it work how we wanted it to. Adam was super accommodating of our needs - nothing was too much of a hassle for him. The end result was a robust gift-wrapping function that has been serving us well, without any issues, for the past 5+ months. We're very happy and couldn't recommend this app or Adam any higher. A++

I'm actually using Wrapped to do something a bit different and had to contact the dev with some questions about how I could tweak it and what I might be able to get it to do. Adam was very responsive, thoughtful and helpful; Wrapped ended up working great as a solution to my needs. To me, that's critical: a dev that cares about their product and the end-user and wants to help. I have absolutely no qualms offering my highest recommending to this app and developer.

The app is fantastic - easy to use and very flexible. But what stands out from the dozens of other Shopify apps I've used is the outstanding support. I reached out to them for a simple request and they went above and beyond, even digging into my theme code to help me fix an issue that was entirely unrelated to the app! Their developer was WAY more helpful than even our theme developer and the Shopify front end developers we were troubleshooting with. I can't express enough gratitude and praise for this app and the people behind it!

We use this app to capture a gift note from our customer's buying our IVF Support products as a gift, and then write out a handwritten note for our customer. This is the only app we could find that would create a product and capture the note details for us cleanly. Our customers love it and so do we!

The implementation process was clean and easy! Wrapped has some of the best support in the game. Adam provides quick response times and is always personable and so knowledgeable. We had a couple of tricky integrations that he took head on and provided us with all of our options to complete integration. We could always count on Adam's support if and when we ran into needing it! After months of having Wrapped Adam is still quick to respond! Great app for a gift wrapping solution made 100x better by Adam and his willingness to support his app's users.
