I was looking for an app that could give my customers an option for how they'd like their orders packaged, not related to give wrapping. This app allowed the customization I needed to make it work. I needed a little help getting my modifications made, and Adam from Wrapped was incredibly helpful. He was quick to respond, made changes on his end that needed to be done, and helped me make changes on my end to suit my store's needs. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I definitely recommend this app.

This app fit my needs perfectly. I own a family retail store where we offer gift wrap on specific items only. I had a few questions setting up my app to work with my online store, and was put in touch with Adam who was incredibly helpful. Adam listened to my questions and offered solutions. You were one of the first to use our newest feature to hide the checkbox for the gift wrap options. This allows even further customization when adding the Wrapped gift wrap add-on to your Shopify store.
I have been searching for the right app to sell gift boxes for a long time. Most apps I found were relatively complicated and offered few options for customization. This app had everything I was looking for: a simple way to sell gift boxes w/o messing up the product page and an adequate pricing model. Support is also very responsive and extremely helpful.
