Be careful:

This is awful! Bundles doesn't work with this app. It seems I’ve lost quite a few orders because of this, trusting the app too much. The developers from Rapi helped me realize this, but by then, it was too late.

All the advertising about AI is a lie. They simply reuse data already analyzed by Shopify to make suggestions. They should just say exactly what they can do and learn to be more honest with customers!

They are collecting a lot of personal data from the store, including the IP addresses of my home and my office, claiming it’s for AI analysis purposes. Both Shopify and they refuse to take responsibility if this data falls into the wrong hands. I wonder why they need this information. Is my personal data being used for free to teach their AI?

Once again, I advise you to think carefully before using any app on Shopify.

Regarding AI: Xboost operates using its own independent algorithm developed by our team. We do not reuse analysis data from Shopify, and in some cases, the results may not be fully optimized for stores with a limited number of products. We are actively working to improve this.

Regarding Privacy: Xboost does not collect or store any of your personal information, including IP addresses or home addresses. We strictly adhere to privacy regulations and use the data shared via Shopify securely to enable the app’s features.
