This app does almost everything I need it to. As Panel Tools is a B2B, the accounts we have are company names as opposed to the traditional customer names. This, I could not adjust on my own. I asked the question to the support team, if they were able to transfer the company name as the primary name over to Xero, and they were able. Great customer service (speed of reply and effective solution) and everything is perfect.

I have been having issues between Ebay and Shopify and then in turn XERO. The issue is on the Ebay side and the way it deals with GST. After not being able to resolve the issue with Ebay I reached out to the Parex team who were only to happy to come up with a solution and then implement it in less than 24 hours. Top Service!!!!

Parex have the best customer service I have ever encountered, very fast and responsive. I had an issue coding my IOSS sales and they configured the software very quickly to adapt perfectly to my requirements.

2023 - We have used the company to synch Shopify with Xero for five years and have been extremely happy. We have had some issues with our product database changing, and they have responded quickly and efficiently to make any changes that we needed. Cannot recommend highly enough...Efficient, Reliable and Friendly!

2020 - Amazing app and company! I had some major issues with our particular set-up and Kumar spent a lot of time and effort solving my problems and sorting the issues. I cannot recommend highly enough if you need to integrate Shopify and Xero.

Been using the software app a while now as I don't like doing reviews unless I have had a thorough experience, it would be like rating a restaurant before tasting what's on offer. So far it has been a positive experience with Shopify clearing account providing full analysis of each transaction which is useful for VAT. There has been some teething items but were rectified with a few hours. Excellent Support team and much better than the previous app we were using.

Best customer service i have experienced thus far. Needed some work completed not only did they respond fast they got it done correctly. Thank you app is a life/time saver for sure.

This app is an absolute life saver! The app saves us so much time by importing all our Shopify sales straight into Xero making reconciliation a breeze. The customer service is outstanding too! I've had two queries and each time they resolved everything for me immediately - one of them was even on a Saturday! Very reassuring to know they are so responsive. Highly recommend it!

Getting started with this app was straight forward and easy to use. However, I am relatively new to Xero so was not confident in everything I was doing. The Team at Parex Bridge and particularly Kumar were fantastic. They provided excellent service, correcting any issues and working very collaboratively to make the app work for my particular set up. We chose this app after reviewing several similar apps with similar prices and feature sets. What really sets Parex apart is the quality of the customer service. Responses are very fast, thorough, ACTUALLY helpful and a good length; no one-word answers here, these guys rock.

Edit: a year down the track and we are just as happy. We wanted to be able to auto-send Xero invoices only to select customers (i.e. Wholesale, on Net30 terms), and not to others (i.e. retail customers). Parex helped identify the characteristics of the former and set up filters to do exactly what we asked meaning we could dump Zapier.
