Hi there. I’m really sorry for the frustration here. We take support seriously and are concerned we didn’t see your messages. We searched our inboxes and phone logs but couldn’t find any request under your store name/email, so something likely went wrong in delivery. We have been working with Rui and the InvoiceXpress team 5+ years now. The roll out of the new app was as painless as it could be. Took us a matter of 5 minutes and we were up and running.
