Except for a couple of products that, I believe the command for the AI video didn't quite hit the mark. For example with the Silicone Utensil & Spill Guard where as the name clearly describes their use in the kitchen. It's not used in the bathroom or meant to be a kitchen soup pot underliner.
While I had deleted them due to timeframe to when they were to be posted on social media as I am constantly out and about.
For future reference, I will endeavour to check these daily and prompt your support centre for assistance.

Xyla is probably the best Shopify connecting AI Autopilot for social media.
The content generation (particularly the new features) is generally very accurate as long as you're willing to put in the effort in teaching it your brand and tone.
The UGC still needs work as it has preferences to create Asian-centred actors, but really that is something you can customise anyway.

Your creativity is great. *Only thing is sometimes the Ai duplicates or the bottles don't have the correct name on it. Some posts are better than others, but overall, this is a time saver and the creativity is next level. Thank you,

Quality is excellent but only when you go up a tier. Base tier is good but commercially all a little expensive. If you can afford the mid tier the generations are brilliant

Xyla AI has been a great way to supplement my SMS on all the platforms I currently have accounts. There posts consistently outperform all the posts that I do manually and nearly always get over 100+ views, many times they've hit 400-600+ views and their reach is nearly as high. I'm very happy with their work.

To be honest I was a bit sceptical at first, but I just dove right in and signed up both of my stores. I'm not a social media guru at all, but I needed something for my socials that I am just not cut out for, and Xyla seemed like a good fit. The videos need a bit of work to make then more like the original product but overall it takes out all the hard work of starting from scratch. I'm still getting used to it, but the more info you feed into it, the better it is. I really like it, and Toby has been great in answering my questions.
