After several attempts with many FAQs apps, I believe this is the one which I have been looking for. A great app and so easy to operate. I advise everybody to try it. But because I didn't need to ask for help from the developer, I cannot now rate their response and support. I hope it to be as good as the app itself. Ayman

Just had my first experience with Yanet. The chat window was open and the support tech answered quickly. I did not have a wait at all (approx 9pmEST). The tech immediately showed me how to achieve what I wanted. Great first day with Yanet.

It's a user friendly app. The customer service team is friendly and always quick to respond via chat or email.

The App is dead for two days. Can't reach out to customer support to fix it. I have to leave a one-star review to get the developer's attention. Will adjust the review if the issue is fixed.
