The app is great, easy to use and simple interface. Simply the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Such fast responses and all my queries / issues have been solved effortlessly. Love this app, and it’s the best customer service I have experienced through the shopify platform.
There are so many other apps that are SO much more expensive and don’t have near the functionality - like customily. They openly admitted to not having the functionality this has, yet they are 5x the cost! It’s all marketing. This is a FANTASTIC product, MUCH more user-friendly and has great support. I feel so lucky I found this as my store HEAVILY relies on it.

Great app, that is a must need for all shopify stores. Gives you the freedom to customize the products greatly. Also their support is awesome, they reply within hours when you have any questions and helps you solve any issues that may occur.
This is my first time using such a powerful app. I wanted to achieve some effects, so I sent an email to consult the app team, and they recorded me a very detailed video to guide me on how to operate. This is really a VIP level service.
The perfect app that meets all my needs. I used a page building app. This leads to a lot of compatibility issues. The developer solved it for me one by one until the app worked perfectly. The most important thing is that it only took less than 20 minutes.

Having tried a few different apps out, this is hands down the best.
I wanted an app that would allow customers to customize products with optional add-ons, some of which would increase the price and some of which I only wanted to appear based on previous options they had selected.
I found other apps would have issues pulling price increases through to the cart and, when they did, the checkout description would look ugly. Several other apps were also limited in how the add-ons would appear on the product page, for example dropdowns only without images.
YMQ doesn't have any of these issues - the add-on options look great, work seamlessly and the conditional logic function is also very useful for more complex add-ons.
Their customer service team is also very responsive and provided great support, solving an issue within the hour. I highly recommend them!
