Incredibly fast response by customer service. There was a slight glitch and honestly they responded within minutes during their office times. The app itself solves all of my issues when needing to customise orders for my customers. It allows photo uploads and long text notes and tick boxes. Originally I got someone to code something like this and was no where near as good as this app.
I highly recommend this app, no need to wait for someone to change something for you and you save a lot of time and money allowing you to focus on your customers and launch.
I would like to express my deep gratitude and appreciation to the plugin development team. Initially, I faced an issue where the plugin automatically displayed the default product variations, and I was uncertain about the best solution. Thanks to their responsive support team, this issue was swiftly and efficiently resolved.
However, in the next step, I encountered another challenge where the theme variations did not allow the use of the plugin's "Add Condition for option" feature. In this situation too, their team proved not only to be fast but also highly professional, making the necessary adjustments exactly as I had hoped.

Wow amazing! We've tried 3 different 'option addons' and this is the only one that works with the ajax side cart. We are using Monster Cart Upsell and other plugins weren't adding the price automatically. Other plugin owners told us it can't be done. This one works perfect. Thank you!
