Excellent app! It has automated our entire order confirmation process through WhatsApp. The AI confirms orders, verifies/corrects addresses, updates Shopify automatically, answers customer queries, and even shares tracking details. It's highly customizable, the AI replies are very accurate, and my favorite feature is the message delay option because it makes the messages feel natural, just like they're being sent by a real person. It has saved us a lot of time. Highly recommended!
