Zencrypt is an AI customer-support agent for Shopify stores. It answers customer questions and completes the work behind them: issuing refunds, processing returns, cancelling orders, updating shipping addresses, applying discount codes and looking up live tracking. Every action runs through your Shopify admin, and by default nothing is executed until you approve it. Customers reach you through a chat widget on your storefront, and every conversation can be handed to a person at any point.
