great app for connecting with customers, it adds professionalism to your store looks, allows customers to leave a message after hours, there is few limitations on the free version, but after all this is a great app, I'd definitely recommend!

It's a great chat app. We've been using it for years.
We have been using Zendesk chat this year and has enabled us to win sales we may not have received. By chatting online to our customers, we can advise which products to purchase to suit their needs. This app is great and easy to use. Many thanks from the PVC Safety Signs team.

This app has worked well so far. I never realized how many B2B customers would use chat, but we've already had several sales come from initial contact on the chat app! 5 stars!
I used this app hoping to get conversions. It worked!!! Answering simple questions while customers are shopping helps make the conversion.
It works fine for our store. It was set up easily and we can see how customers are navigating through our store.
It is easy to change the default setting, like the greeting or the offline message.

I really enjoy this chat app and have been using it for over a year. I can even use it from my phone and chat with customers. Great interface and good options. I've used the basic free service but upgraded to the paid version because a promo was running. Extra features 4 paid version included file attachment with in chat, multiple chats at once, multiple triggers. I definitely would recommend this chat app.
